Terms of Service

Who we are
ALKARTIS is operated by ALKARTIS LLC. In these Terms, “ALKARTIS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ALKARTIS LLC. By accessing or using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service
ALKARTIS provides a set of intelligence apps (including BlockWatcher, LandlordEye, TaxAssessmentIQ, and CompensationAtlas) that aggregate, structure, and interpret publicly available government records for Philadelphia, with additional cities and sources planned over time. Access is provided on a per-account basis subject to the entitlements associated with your organization’s plan.
Nature of the underlying data
The records shown in ALKARTIS originate from public government sources, not from ALKARTIS itself. We do not author, modify, or independently verify official records; we ingest what the relevant government agency has published and, in some apps, derive additional structure from it (for example, grouping properties by owner, or turning payroll rows into a career timeline). Derived data can be incomplete or incorrect even when the underlying source data is accurate — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle corrections.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ALKARTIS to:
- Harass, stalk, or intimidate any individual identified in the platform.
- Make decisions that violate applicable law regarding the use of public records (for example, certain employment, tenant-screening, or credit decisions may be restricted by law regardless of a record’s public availability).
- Attempt to circumvent account entitlements, rate limits, or access controls.
- Resell or redistribute bulk platform data outside the scope of your account’s plan.
Accuracy and no warranty on public records
ALKARTIS is provided “as is.” We work to ingest and classify public records faithfully, and we disclose the specific limitations of each derivation where they matter (match confidence levels, timeline classification assumptions, and similar caveats appear throughout the product). We do not warrant that every record is complete, current, or free of the underlying source’s own errors. Where you believe a record is inaccurate or mismatched, use the review-request process described in our Privacy Policy rather than relying on the platform as a sole source of truth for consequential decisions.
Review requests and corrections
Any user may submit a review request from a profile page to flag a suspected error, a mismatched record, a duplicate, or a privacy concern. We commit to logging every such request and every decision made on it, and to acting on verified errors or legally required removals. We do not commit to removing accurate, correctly matched public records simply because removal is requested — doing so would undermine the reliability of the platform for every other user. Full detail on when we will and won’t remove information lives in our Privacy Policy.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
